Unlike other ‘Yang-style’ coaches who push hustle over flow, I teach you to manage your energy through aligned action, embody your dharma, and let your light shine both for yourself and for those you’re here to serve.

Kelly’s qualifications & experience...

✨ Kelly has been on the path of yoga & self-development for close to 30 years, since the age of about 12.

✨ She is a Senior Yoga Teacher & Wellbeing Coach with over two decades of varied Yoga studies qualifications.

✨ Kelly has trained and also works as a Life & Business 'Dharma Coach' where she guides people to discover and live out their highest purpose.

✨ With 20 years of business experience, she has founded and operated multiple studios, and been a mentor/business coach to other teachers & entrepreneurs in soul-aligned businesses.

✨ She has undertaken multiple business & marketing trainings, and worked as a Marketing Executive in both an agency setting and through her private consultancy work.

✨In addition to her Yoga & Coaching credentials, Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in Mind-Body Philosophy and Writing, and a Certificate in NLP.

✨ She invests in her own continual growth and professional development through ongoing studies, high-level business masterminds, and coaching by her yoga mentors & renowned business coaches.

✨ As a mama of 3 children with her husband/partner of over 20 years, she understands the need for work/life balance, which she is continually refining and putting into practice in her own life.

What if I can’t attend the calls Live?

We’ll do our best to schedule you into a Group Coaching session that fits your availability, with options across mornings, lunchtime, or evenings. Let us know your preference, and we’ll aim to slot you into that group. Our Quarterly Online Workshops will be delivered live and also recorded, so you won’t miss out if you can’t attend. Most Masterclasses are pre-recorded for you to access at your convenience, and any live sessions will also be recorded for later viewing.

What if I’m just starting out on my Business Journey?

You are very welcome to join us at whatever stage of the journey you are on. If you feel the call to do this, the best time is NOW to begin!
