✨ She holds a University bachelor’s degree in Mind-Body Philosophy, Writing, and a Certificate in NLP.
✨ She is a Senior Yoga Teacher & Coach with over two decades of varied Yoga studies qualifications, plus training as a Dharma Coach where she guides people to discover and live out their highest purpose.
✨ With 20 years of business experience, she has founded and operated multiple studios, and been a mentor/business coach to other teachers & entrepreneurs in soul-aligned businesses.
✨ She has undertaken multiple business & marketing trainings, and worked as a marketing executive in both an agency setting and through her private consultancy work.
✨ She invests in her own continual growth and professional development through ongoing studies, high-level business masterminds, and coaching by her yoga mentors & renowned business coaches.
✨ As mama of 3 children with her husband/partner of 20 years, she understands the need for work/life balance, which she is continually refining and putting into practice in her own life.

What if I can’t attend the calls Live?
Don’t worry, they’ll all be recorded and available for you to listen to in your own time- even if you are in a different time-zone. We’ll do our best to schedule you into a Group Coaching session that best suits your schedule.
What if I’m just starting out on my Business Journey?
You are very welcome to join us at whatever stage of the journey you are on. If you feel the call to do this, the best time is NOW to begin!

Can I count these hours towards my CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours as a yoga teacher?
Yes, we are happy to provide pathways and evidence to count hours of this training towards your CDP points.
Do you offer refunds?
Nope, sorry. We are here to hold you accountable- even in the discomfort. Your money is your investment and commitment to yourself to do the work required, so once you make the decision, we are holding you to it!
Do you offer Scholarships?
We never want your current reality to prevent you from getting where you want to be…
So we offer 1 Half & 1 Full Scholarship per round of Aligned Business for those who find our payment plan a little beyond their financial capacity right now.
